About the Salthouse
We bought the property (and the one next door) in 2022 when it was in a tired and unloved state, occupied as a 17 bedroom rented house.
We have then spent the last 12 months completely transforming it into what you see today. Every inch of the property was stripped back to bare brick, the space reimagined and then put back together to create the Salthouse apartments, plus the rental house next door at no.37.
Both apartments can be rented together to sleep 6 - great if you are a large family or group of friends wanting to holiday together whilst still enjoying your own space!
